Fukuoka Floral Inn Nishinakasu

We had a very good time in Fukuoka due to he way in which the personnel from Floral Inn Hotel did their job. It was the kind of experience when you see that everyone makes efforts for your comfort in a very normal and respectful manner. We appreciated the politeness, the helpful attitude, the cleanness and the fast responsiveness to our requests. We were very pleasantly impressed when we saw that solutions were found for various requests. We would like to thank to the entire personnel for their efforts! They set a very high standard for what a customer service should be like. Congratulations!

Hotel located in a quiet neighborhood but just 3 mins' walk that's the main street with lots of restaurants, some even open 24 hours. A large Pachinko Parlor was just on the opposite side of the street, and next to it that's the famous Canal City. The hotel room was not big but at least my large suitcase could be opened fully on the floor. I stayed 6 nights, every night I had good sleep and never woke up too early, thanks to the shade which made the room dark. There were 2 days I slept until 12:00 noon but the cleaning lady didn't disturb me she just left a bag with all the clean amenities by my door. I felt so rested after my vacation, will definitely come back

Location was central and also close to the Christmas festivities that were held nightly. Also only a short walk to train stations

The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance to tenjin and canal city. Ichiran flagship store is just nearby.

Clean rooms, you get everything you need. Very friendly and helpful staff.
